Beren Cross of Leeds Live has dismissed any suggestions that QSI are getting involved with Leeds in the near future.

Cross reported that nothing is happening at the moment but that it is worth keeping an eye on because of the company that Andrea Radrizzani keeps.

Cross also provided a transfer update and assured fans that the people at the club know how important it is to get this transfer window right and ensure that they have the required quality needed to see Leeds through till May.

What is happening with QSI?

Radrizzani did an interview with The Times in October in which he claimed that he was in talks with potential investors to take the Whites to the next level.

He namechecked QSI as a company that he was in talks with but three months on, and nothing has happened.

The PSG owners are supposedly looking for another opportunity, and Radrizzani has a good rapport with them.

However, this has not yet led to the investment that the Leeds owner craves.

In terms of transfers, Leeds are close to signing Elia Caprile and Ian Poveda.

This will give Marcelo Bielsa a backup keeper in case the FA bans Kiko Casilla for the use of racist language.

Poveda is probably Jack Clarke’s replacement, but that still leaves the tricky matter of getting Eddie Nketiah’s alternative to Elland Road.

The Whites are desperately searching for a striker but look to have failed to get their top target in Che Adams, and they must now move on.

They must ensure that Bielsa is not just left with Bamford as his one specialised forward.
