They’d have got far worse if they’d come over to our fans. And deservedly so.

Was Seamus Coleman right to argue with Liverpool fans over whatever was said?Yes, anything could have been saidNo, he should have just ignored it |
The defeat in the FA Cup has left a sore wound for the Goodison Park faithful, having seen the Toffees’ first team fall to defeat against a second-string Liverpool side (per BBC).

Some of that fight during the 90 minutes would’ve been nice

Was our captain, won’t be for much longer….. finished

It’s a pity they didn’t show that much fight and aggression on the pitch. Maybe they should have been out there thanking and apologizing to the 8000 Everton fans who were just humiliated instead of arguing with a red. Spineless.

What do we think?
Without knowing what the Liverpool fans had said to either of the pair, it is hard to condemn them as it could have been something truly insulting and offensive.
At the end of the day, footballers are people and they will react to abuse as anyone would. Yes, the defeat was poor and embarrassing, but that does not entitle fans to openly abuse and insult them.
