Former Everton midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye has posted a promotional video in which he’s trying out the new Adidas predator football boots via his Twitter account.
This footage, however, prompted the club’s faithful to express how much they miss the player and in some cases calling for his return.
The central midfield player was sold to French giants Paris Saint-Germain in the summer for £27m, a decision these fans don’t seem best pleased about as it is clear many of them feel he should still be with them at Goodison Park.
Were Everton wrong to sell Idrissa Gueye?

What do we think?
Indeed, it is hardly difficult to understand why Gueye is so clearly missed by a number of the Evertonians on Twitter, especially since he proved to be a crucial player for them during his time at Goodison Park.
In Carlo Ancelotti, the club now have arguably one of world football’s greatest ever managers (based on achievements) at the helm and appear to be travelling in the right direction.
The future looks bright for the Goodison Park faithful but any high-value transfers are likely to take place in the close season rather than during this current transfer window.
