Aston Villa fans have been discussing Callum O’Hare on Twitter after his latest performance for Coventry City.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @Total_Villa shared a post on their page relaying quotes made by Coventry manager Mark Robins to Coventry Live on O’Hare’s treatment in their recent FA Cup match.
Should Callum O'Hare be in the Villa squad next season?
Yes
No
On O’Hare’s performance in Coventry’s 3-0 win over Bristol Rovers this week, Robins said that the on-loan Villa man was “kicked all of over the place. I think he has 35 stud marks down his legs but he was outstanding.”
This post then gathered numerous replies from Villa fans who were eager to share their thoughts on Robins’ comments.
Here is a sample of Villa fans discussing O’Hare:

So far this season for Coventry, O’Hare has made 26 appearances in all competitions. In those appearances, the 21-year-old has scored three goals and picked up four assists along the way (per Transfermarkt).
Now that Coventry boss Robins has identified the rough treatment O’Hare was the victim of in their recent FA Cup win, whilst calling him “outstanding”, some Villa fans have been making links between O’Hare and current Villa captain Jack Grealish.
Need to get him signed up on a new contract

What do we think?
It is good to see Villa fans taking an interest in how O’Hare is progressing whilst away on loan at Coventry. The fact that they are already comparing O’Hare to Grealish just goes to show how highly they see the 21-year-old at the moment.
Some Villa fans have already been talking about O’Hare’s future at the club when he returns from his current loan deal. These Villa fans will now be hoping O’Hare can continue with his progression then become a regular player for Villa in the future.
