This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @villareport shared a post on their page relaying information originally shared by football journalist John Percy that Hogan is “set to join” Villa’s rivals on loan until the end of the season.

The centre-forward has spent the first half of the season on loan at Championship side Stoke City. But after just making 13 appearances out of a possible 28 in the Championship, it seems that Hogan’s time at the club is coming to an end. What do we think?
It’s a shame that Hogan’s move to Stoke hasn’t gone the way all parties would have hoped it would. But if Birmingham can offer the striker more playing time than at Stoke, then it would surely be a big boost for Hogan to get his season back on the right track.
