Aston Villa fans have been responding on Twitter over the apparent exit of Jonathan Kodjia.
This comes after the official Twitter account of Al Gharafa shared a post on their page revealing an image of Kodjia in Doha wearing their club’s scarf.
Are you glad Kodjia is leaving Villa?
Yes
No
This post then gathered some replies from Villa fans who were quick to share their thoughts on this latest news.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans reacting to the post of Kodjia’s apparent exit:
Give him plenty of service and keep his ego up, and you’ll get goals from him. Just don’t keep hopes up for passes.

While his move away from the club has yet to be officially announced by Villa, this image almost proves Kodjia will leave Villa Park. During his time at Villa, Kodjia scored 31 goals and picked up nine assists in 106 appearances (per Transfermarkt). Now that this image has emerged of what looks like Kodjia being presented as a player of the Middle-Eastern club, a handful of Villa fans have been saying their goodbyes to the striker.
Good luck kodj an good luck to your new club, you should tear it up in that league

What do we think?
It’s nice to see these Villa fans wishing Kodjia well. However, with Wesley out for the rest of the season through injury, Villa will now need to bring a new striker in to replace both him and Kodjia.
