This weekend Rangers managed to beat Motherwell 2-0 after Nikola Katic and Alfredo Morelos scored their side’s goals (BBC). The players will be relieved to win the match after going three games in a row without outscoring their opponents (WhoScored).
One surprise to the lineup was Joe Aribo’s positioning on the right-wing. He played out wide against Young Boys too, but supporters would have been forgiven for thinking that it was just a one-off. But Steven Gerrard stuck to his guns and played Aribo in a new position again. Much to their amazement, seized the opportunity brilliantly. To some fans, he was Man of the Match.
Aribo been class today.

Would you like to see Aribo continue to play on the right-wing?
Yes
No
They think he is starting to show his quality, while one supporter insists that Aribo will be one of the first names on Gerrard’s teamsheet going forward.
Joe Aribo is really starting to show his quality playing in an advanced area.
Morelos red card will no doubt have all the headlines and your usual journalists will be wet at the tip

What do we think?
It is great to see that Aribo is growing in confidence under Gerrard’s regime. He looks to have found a new home out wide under the English manager. Should he continue to perform in that wide area, it could jumpstart a new chapter in his career.
