Liverpool fans have been discussing the future of Harry Wilson as a Liverpool player on Twitter.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @thisisanfield shared a post on their official page asking their followers if Wilson is proving he has a future at Liverpool with his goal-scoring form at Bournemouth.
This post then led to a number of Liverpool fans replying with their thoughts on Wilson.
Should Harry Wilson stay at Liverpool next season?
Yes
No
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans hoping to see Wilson in a Liverpool shirt next season:
Can’t wait to welcome him back next summer. Will be like a new signing. If Jurgen makes a marquee signing on the summer plus brings Harry into the fold then we will again strengthen things

His goal scoring was never an issue, its his all round game he need to improve, and i personally think he was doing really well until his injury, but still a long way to go to get into our first team. But would be a good squad player with time for improvement

The Welshman is currently on a season-long loan deal at fellow Premier League side Bournemouth. In 14 Premier League appearances for Eddie Howe’s side, the 22-year-old has managed to score six goals so far this season (per TransferMarkt). This good run of form has some Liverpool fans thinking ahead for when Wilson returns to Anfield.
Superb player, definitely one for the squad

He should replace Lallana

What do we think?
Certainly bringing Wilson back into the squad next season would strengthen Liverpool’s attack. But it’s clear at the moment that it would be almost impossible to take the place of either Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah. So it seems that in terms of his Liverpool career, patience is the key for Wilson.
