Liverpool fans have been drooling on Twitter over the latest post by former Reds striker Fernando Torres.
This comes after the Spaniard shared a post on his official Twitter page of a video of one of his goals against Everton during his time as a Liverpool player.
This post then gathered many replies from Liverpool fans who were keen to share their thoughts on their former striker.

Torres’ post comes in preparation of Wednesday’s Merseyside Derby at Anfield. The video shared by the Spaniard showed one of his two goals scored at Goodison Park back in September 2008 in Liverpool’s 2-0 win.
This post then got some Liverpool fans emotional over Torres’ time at the club.
You loved a cheeky derby

What do we think?
It’s good to see that Torres still has some love for Liverpool despite moving away to fellow Premier League side Chelsea back in January 2011. During his time at Anfield, the now 35-year-old made 142 appearances for the club, scoring 81 goals and picking up 20 assists along the way (per Transfermarkt).
The fact that he recognises how special the Merseyside Derby is shows how much he is still interested in the Premier League despite retiring from football back in August this year.
