Liverpool fans have been pleading on Twitter for the club to not sign Neymar in the upcoming January transfer window.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @TheKopiteOFF shared a post on their page relaying information originally presented by Le Parisian that the Merseyside club are monitoring Neymar’s “situation” at PSG.
This post then gathered many replies from Liverpool fans who were not best pleased with this latest transfer news.
Should Liverpool sign Neymar in January?
Yes
No
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans not wanting Neymar to sign to the club:
He’s not a Klopp type player.
Personally I’d hate it.

Risky move. If this was Neymar of 1-2 years ago, I’d be over the moon. Since then he’s had multiple injuries and no longer as fast (gained a lot of wait) nor as willing to make off-ball movements; basically emulating Messi post-2017 but to a less productive degree (obv).

Klopp won’t have that cry baby at Liverpool not a chance

The Brazilian has been at the French club since 2017 after moving from Barcelona for a mouth-watering fee of £199.8 million. Despite only being at the club for a year-and-a-half, there has already been speculation linking the 27-year-old away from France to other top clubs such as Liverpool.
This latest rumour did not go down well with some Reds fans who don’t want to see Neymar join their club.
not a chance ….. Liverpool wouldn’t touch him and certainly don’t need him. He is everything Klopp hates about football

No thanks, we don’t need the drama
— Ragh (@socallfc) December 10, 2019
Would never happen and to be honest I wouldn’t want us to sign him, the last thing our team needs is a player coming in who thinks that he is better than everyone else.

If we ever bought him it would ruin us.

What do we think?
Neymar is arguably one of the worlds best attackers, but to have so many Liverpool fans turn their nose up at him for a potential transfer just goes to show how the winger’s attitude has been an issue.
If Liverpool do take a chance on the winger, who is currently valued at £162 million, according to TransferMarkt, Jurgen Klopp will need to work with him to fix his attitude.
