Liverpool fans have been discussing Sepp van den Berg on Twitter after the club’s latest post.
This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page wishing the teenager a happy birthday.
The post then gathered some replies from Liverpool fans who were eager to share their own views on the defender.
Will Sepp Van Den Berg have a big future at Liverpool?

The teenager played in Liverpool’s 5-0 defeat to Aston Villa in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup quarter-final at Villa Park alongside other Reds youth players. But, it’s safe to say that his below par performance has left a sour taste in the mouths of many Liverpool supporters, hence the abuse on his special day.
What do we think?
Of course, the defender didn’t have a great game in midweek, receiving a 5.55/10 (WhoScored) and many fans have let him know their feelings, which isn’t exactly a nice thing to witness on your birthday.
If Van Den Berg can view the Villa game as a learning curve and see it as a good experience rather than a bad defeat, he could use it as a great way to learn and improve his game for the future.
