Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to call for Andre Green to return to Villa Park.
This comes after Green shared a post on his official Twitter page replying to a post from the official Aston Villa page of match highlights of a game he scored in.
This then led to many Villa fans replying to Green’s tweet imploring him to come back to Villa.

Green is currently on a season-long loan deal at Championship club Preston North End. But the winger has only made six appearances for the club all season, scoring just one goal (per TransferMarkt). With the 21-year-old’s poor record at Preston, some Villa fans think it would be good for the player to return to Villa Park to save his season.
Come back Andre, rather you be sat on our bench then theres

What do we think?
If so many Villa fans think Green would be more suited back at Villa than at Preston, then maybe Dean Smith should consider recalling the player back to his squad. Green, who is currently valued at £1.8 million, according to Transfermarkt, could be an unlikely option for Smith, who have struggled to pick up a consistent run of form in recent weeks, resulting in them sitting just above the relegation zone.
