Spurs fans were delighted to hear Mauricio Pochettino reaffirm his love for Tottenham in a recent interview.
In an interview with BBC Sport (via Daily Hotspur), Pochettino discussed a potential return to the Premier League as well as his time at Spurs, saying: “I love Tottenham, I love the fans, I love the players, I love the club, the staff and of course when you leave a club, always you want them to win games because that means the team is alive, the team was already prepared to compete.” The Argentinian was sacked by Spurs in November after a disappointing start to the season, which had left the North London club languishing in 14th place.
The 47-year-old originally joined Spurs from Southampton in 2014 and helped to establish Spurs as top-four regulars during his five years at the club. He also led Spurs to a Champions League final last season after an astonishing run which will surely go down in the memories of fans for many years to come.

This should never have happened, the man rebuilt our club from the ground up, I hate what our players did to him via their on field performances, I hate what DL did to him after all Poch did for us. I hope that our new manager wins something this year with Poch’s squad

These Spurs fans were clearly delighted with Pochettino’s comments and consider the Argentinian a legend despite his unfortunate sacking earlier this year.
