Spurs fans were delighted to hear that their club have averaged slightly better points per game over the decade when compared with North London rivals Arsenal.
According to BBC Sport (via Daily Hotspur), Spurs have averaged 1.854 points-per-game, compared to Arsenal’s 1.852 between 2010 and the present day. It’s a small victory for Spurs fans, however, who remain without a trophy since the League Cup win in 2008, so fans will no doubt be hoping to see them break that duck in the next ten years.
Whereas Arsenal have endured a fall from grace over the last decade, it has been a largely positive one for Spurs, who have established themselves as Champions League regulars, as well as moving into the impressive new stadium earlier this year. Much of that success can be attributed to former manager Mauricio Pochettino, although the Argentinian never won a trophy with the North London club he has laid down the foundations for current boss Jose Mourinho to go on and become successful at the club.
Who's had the better decade?
Arsenal

These Spurs fans were clearly happy to see that they’ve been statistically better than the Gunners over the last decade, but will now be hoping to win some trophies to back that up.
