These Newcastle United fans were impressed with Martin Dubravka after an impressive stat was shown on social media.
So far this season, Martin Dubravka has made 93 Premier League saves for both club and country. His impressive Premier League tally that equals four saves per league game, is what caught the eyes of and impressed these fans.
The stat was relayed by NUFC 360, here’s what the Newcastle fans had to say about the stat on Twitter:

Shows how much we’ve relied on him, defence is not as organised or good as under Rafa. Shows our luck.

Not sure if that’s good or bad lol

And people moan if he makes a mistake.

Could Newcastle United survive without Martin Dubravka?
Yes
No
Some of the fans were quick to point out that the stat doesn’t do the defence any favours, so far this season the Magpies have a -10 goal difference.
Dosent reflect well for the Defenders though still Top Keeper

What Do We Think?
There’s no doubting that Martin Dubravka has been pivotal to Newcastle United this season, just in the number of saves he’s made alone. We are certain that Steve Bruce will be desperate to hold on to Dubravka in January, as his strong showings in the Premier League may have attracted some unwanted eyeballs.
