Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker famously had to pull on the goalkeepers jersey and go in goal for his team in the closing stages of their Champions league tie with Atalanta back in November.
Ahead of this week’s European tie, the England right-back tweeted: “Back to Champions League action” prompting a flurry of responses regarding the bizarre situation of having to slip on Claudio Bravo’s gloves that Walker found himself in during the aforementioned match.
Has Kyle Walker been Man City's most consistent defender this season?

What do we think?
It’s highly unlikely that Kyle Walker will find himself in that position again anytime soon but it was nine minutes plus stoppage time that the England international certainly won’t forget.
The Manchester City defence has come in for a lot of criticism this season but the former Tottenham man has been one of the few defenders in Pep Guardiola’s squad to come out of the last few months with any credit.
Aside from his defensive exploits, Walker has contributed directly to three goals so far during this campaign consisting of two assists and a vital goal versus Southampton.
