These Liverpool fans loved to watch Virgil van Dijk’s header against Brighton on Saturday via Twitter.
The goal was van Dijk’s third of the Premier League season, which makes him the fourth-highest goalscorer in the Liverpool squad, which could be considered a pretty crazy stat considering he’s a centre-back. Fans were obviously over the moon with the Dutch giant, with some of them dubbing him a club ‘legend’ and it’s well deserved.
BIG VIRG!!

Is Virgil van Dijk the best player at Liverpool?
Yes
No
Despite going down to 10-men, Liverpool still saw out the 2-1 victory despite Lewis Dunk scoring late in the game, just to get everyone nervous.
Brilliant from VVD

Forget the balon d’or. The fact that he is even in the contention for it against the likes of Messi is amazing
Is he already a Liverpool legend?

What Do We Think?
You don’t need us to tell you how good Virgil van Dijk has been since joining Liverpool, he’s almost the perfect centre-back, each match the 28-year-old only averages one attempted tackle, however, that’s mainly because he’s rarely ever tested.
Of course, it was quite a surprise to see the big man get in on the act with a brace against the Seagulls, as the likes of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane often come up with the goods in the final third.
