These Liverpool fans reacted to Daniel Sturridge’s ‘incredible’ throwback goal against rivals Everton.
In Sturridge’s last season for Liverpool, he scored just two goals in 18 Premier League matches, which led to him joining his current club Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig, which has suited the 30-year-old well, with him scoring two goals and managing two assists in just five league games.

What Do We Think?
It seems Sturridge is performing well in Turkey where the spotlight is a lot less bright, scoring as many goals as he’s had starts for Trabzonspor. His best season for Liverpool came in the 2013/14 season, where the 30-year-old scored 21 goals in the Premier League, so we feel that those were his best days at the Merseyside club and he shouldn’t think about a return, with the risk of tarnishing his legacy, although admittedly, it would probably take a lot for Jurgen Klopp to even consider bringing the former England international back to Anfield anyways.
