These Liverpool fans definitely don’t want to see Sepp van den Berg be used as a replacement for Dejan Lovren.
Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Lovern suffered a “muscle injury” against Salzburg on Tuesday, leaving fans speculating about his replacement. One centre-back they don’t want to be seeing is Van den Berg, with fans urging the club to keep him ‘far away’ from the starting XI.

What Do We Think?
With Sepp van den Berg being just 17-years-old, he clearly has plenty of time to develop in the youth ranks, while maybe making one or two appearances a season for Liverpool’s first-team. The young centre-back just has to continue working hard in training and his time will eventually come.
