These Liverpool fans have been slating Adam Lallana after his poor performance in the FIFA Club World Cup.
Lallana played the full 90 minutes in Liverpool’s 2-1 win against Monterrey, however, the 31-year-old made no contributions by way of goals or assists. The Englishman has only played seven matches in the Premier League this season and just two of them were starts; the same amount of time’s he has started in the league cup.

Clearly Lallana has really disappointed these fans with his performance, which received a rating of 6/10 from the Liverpool Echo. This isn’t going to bode well for him when it comes to competing for Premier League minutes, which is something he’s already been struggling to get lately.

What Do We Think?
With Lallana’s Premier League minutes already being limited to just 207 in total, performances like this really aren’t going to help his case. It also seems that Jurgen Klopp is no longer a fan of the 31-year-old, with the manager only starting him twice in the league and twice in the cup, that doesn’t scream confidence. Perhaps, the Englishman should think about a move away from Anfield, maybe to a team that can offer him a regular spot in the starting-11.
