After speculation growing towards the middle of last week, Ancelotti was announced as the club’s new manager on Saturday, with a four-and-a-half-year deal at Goodison Park (per BBC).
However, following Ferguson’s impressive run of four games unbeaten as interim manager, supporters were keen for the Scotsman to stay involved, which they were delighted to see that he would be doing.

What do we think?
With Ancelotti on meticulous planning and Ferguson as the motivator, the pair could form a dream duo, however, only time will tell if the pair will work out well for the Toffees.
