Everton supporters have aired that they are delighted that Mason Holgate is set to be offered a new contract by the Toffees.
According to Football Insider, the Toffees are aware of interest in the English defender and want to secure Holgate to a long-term contract at Goodison Park (via The Gwladys Street), which supporters were delighted with.

What do we think?
Holgate has certainly been proving his worth in recent weeks having received a rating of 7.12 and 6.99 in his last two Premier League fixtures. And, if it is true that other clubs may be circling for him, then it makes all the more sense to tie him down to a long term contract.
