Supporters of Everton have demanded that Zlatan Ibrahimovic should be signed following Carlo Ancelotti’s first press conference as Toffees top dog.
During his first introduction to the press as Everton’s new boss, the 60-year-old Italian discussed the interest in the Swede and even said that maybe he “should call Zlatan” (via Liverpool Echo), which led to fans demanding he arrived.
Would you have Zlatan at Everton? pic.twitter.com/gCxPmiQYOQ

Def yes. Ignore his ego, if it will fit in the stadium, but he’ll get enough goals to move us up. I think DCL and Moise will learn loads from him.

Is the risk in signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic too great to be worthwhile?Yes, he could be finishedNo, he's still got quality |
In recent days the links between the former Manchester United man and the Toffees have only grown stronger, with the Merseyside club reportedly close to offering Ibrahimovic what he wants (per Tancredi Palmeri).
How close or not the signing is in reality, supporters were very clear in their message to the new gaffer.
Get him in. Better than what we have even at the ripe of old age of 53, scored 1 in 2 for Utd, huge name, improves the global reach of the club, merchandise, would attract others. Up the Usmanov blues ?

Yes. For one year with a year extension option, whilst we find more decent young strikers and Moise Keane gets some experience and confidence.

Only till the end of the season.

What do we think?
This one’s a tricky one, yes, Zlatan has immense quality still and would doubtlessly be able to score goals. But, is he worth the money he would cost to bring to Goodison Park at 38?
The chances are that it would be likely he will do well, but it may not be worth the risk altogether to find out.
