If you could look at Alfredo Morelos through infrared goggles right now, it would probably burn your eyes. To say the striker is on a hot streak would be an incredible understatement. The Colombian has scored nine goals in his last nine matches for Rangers heading into the international break (WhoScored.com).
But as the international break arrives, Rangers fans must wave goodbye to Morelos for two weeks. And while they are hoping that he may score his first-ever senior goal for Colombia during the break, these supporters are already missing their star striker. One fan even put in a request have daily updates on the striker.
He’s only been gone for a couple of hours but I just miss him so much. Next two weeks will be long pic.twitter.com/Tlm6gomJc8

One fan thinks Morelos’ finest form is yet to come. With the striker only being 23 years of age, he is far from his prime.
His best is still to come

Other supporters are jealous of the time Colombia gets to spend with their player. It appears they have ‘caught feelings’ and are getting a bit too clingy.
Is it too soon to text him?

He better not be kissing other football teams

What do we think?
It is understandable why Rangers fans are sad to see Morelos leave, even if his return is imminent. For the last two months, he has been blowing the roof off the Ibrox as well as leaving his stamp on the grounds of other teams. His ‘El Buffalo’ nickname has never seemed apter as the forward bullishly wins his team games. Hopefully for Rangers fans, Morelos can return to his bovine form upon his return from Colombia.
