Millwall will face Charlton this coming weekend in the EFL Championship. The Lions will host their rivals at the Den on Saturday.
In preparation for the game, Millwall announced that the stadium was sold out. Some fans were excited to see that the stadium was going to be packed, explaining that the vocality of supporter will give the team a huge boost. One fan suggests that the team never lose when the stadium is packed, while another suggested there was always going to be interest in attending a local derby.

But some fans were quick to remind the club that with the lower tier being closed, the stadium is technically not sold out. Some fans suggested allowing the Charlton fans to sit in the closed section, while others were embarrassed by the scenario.
Pity the lower tier isn’t open aswell . Would be amazing if the whole stadium was full

What do we think?
Regardless of the numbers, the match should produce some exciting moments and have a cracking atmosphere. The two teams only sit four points apart from each other in the Championship. Charlton have 22 points while Millwall have 18 (Sky Sports). A home win could shoot the Lions right back up the table behind their rivals.
