Whatever the City board decide to do in regards to UEFA is their business. In the same way, it is their business to invite whoever they want to watch their matches. For some Liverpool fans to assume this invitation to Cerefin was an effort by the City board to bribe the UEFA boss to help them out in the Champions League is unlikely.
