What do we think?
Despite only having made 10 appearances for Chelsea’s first team so far this season, England boss Gareth Southgate has clearly seen enough of the winger to warrant another call up for the upcoming international qualifiers. Maybe that could have something to do with the three Premier League assists in just five appearances and 222 minutes of action this season (per WhoScored).
It’s no doubt with stats like these that Hudson-Odoi is a dangerous attacker, but whether he can play enough minutes in England’s next two games to make his mark is up to manager Gareth Southgate.
