Supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers have expressed their desire to see the pre-match fireworks show return to Molineux.
On Tuesday morning, the Wolves official Twitter account posted to their timeline with a happy bonfire night message to all supporters (via Wolves).
Following the post, a number of fans took to the comments section to argue the case of bringing back pre-match fireworks to Molineux.

The last one shot into the roof not the crowd. It ricocheted into the stand afterwards.

Get the fireworks back at Molineux. (Maybe not for Sunday’s 2.00pm kick v Villa though!)

The fireworks displays were stopped by the midlands club in early 2019 after there had been a number of stray fireworks reported (via Express and Star).
In 2003 a lady was hit by one of the stray fireworks and require surgery on a fractured cheekbone following the incident (as per Express and Star).
Despite the incidents and apparent danger, some Wolves supporters were keen to see their pre-match show make a come back.

Can you bring back the fireworks please?

What do we think?
While the pre-match firework display was an exciting one that offered quite the spectacle, they are not worth the danger posed to supporters.
The club found a suitable replacement with the fire show with less risk and still some pre-match excitement.
