After another defeat under the management of Manuel Pellegrini, these West Ham United fans are continuing to talk about potential replacements for their struggling manager.
The Irons lost 3-2 in a tough match against Tottenham Hotspur, however, with Chelsea, Wolves and Arsenal up next, there is no obvious match for Pellegrini to turn this terrible form around. The Hammers have now gone seven matches without a win in the Premier League, with their last win coming 63 days ago against Manchester United.
Indeed, this has led to a number of fans on Twitter to discuss who they would like to see in the dugout at the London Stadium to turn around their sinking ship.
I think they have a meeting Monday but I suspect he will be given more time: the potential replacements don’t fill me with much confidence. Rafa discussions have happened but unlikely at this point. https://t.co/nojT1G23Vk

Get Hughton in until the end of the season..

I’d appoint Parker. Given, he’s not doing great with Fulham but look at Lampard. Didn’t exactly excel with derby but is doing a great job with Chelsea. Parker knows the club, played for us for quite a while and would be a great manager to actually motivate these players

Kova? maybe? He don’t have a club right now

What about having a short list made up of young ambitious British managers like, Howe, Gerrard. Parker and Bowyer rather than solely looking in footballs retirement home, China

Many of the fans have suggested English managers; perhaps they feel a manager that is familiar with West Ham’s history, would extract more out of the current set of players.
Is there any chance of Eddie Howe, even if we have to wait until the end of the season?

Who are the potentials? Hughton I assume would be pretty high up the list? Guessing no ambition to go after Kovac?
Rafa is a pointless sideways step, another manager whose taken semi retirement in China, with nothing to prove. Be in same situation we are now within 18 months

What Do We Think?
We really can’t see Pellegrini’s position as manager surviving the next three games, which might mean that these fans predictions may become serious in the next couple of weeks. Niko Kovac is probably the best option right now, considering that he is currently out of work, however, he may be very expensive as he is coming from German giants Bayern Munich.
