Manchester City limped through to the knockout stages of this seasons UEFA Champions League following the 1-1 draw with Shakhtar Donetsk at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday evening. Although Pep Guardiola’s side managed to get the job done, it’s certainly not a game that will live long in the memories of the clubs supporters.
Shortly after it’s conclusion via social media, City shared a link to the highlights but it appears there aren’t many who fancy watching it for a second time.
I’d prefer not to ?

No thanks. That was god awful and you really should be apologizing to you fanbase for that preformance instead of reminding us.

Can City go all the way in this seasons Champions League?
Yes
No
What do we think?
City certainly didn’t perform to the high standards we’ve all become accustomed to in recent years but ultimately progression to the next round has been secured. Add to that, the mounting number of injury problems the squad and manager are having to contend with and it’s something you would hope the supporters can move on from pretty quickly. All focus shifts to this weekend’s Premier League trip to St James’ Park to face Steve Bruce’s Newcastle United side.
