The Leicester City faithful are riding high on cloud nine. Jamie Vardy can’t stop scoring, they currently occupy second place and their style of play is reminiscent of that which saw them march to the Premier League title in the 2015-16 season.
Brendan Rodgers’ has brought back the entertaining, swashbuckling football the fans were spoilt with during that famous campaign and they are absolutely loving it.
Leicester making me feel like Benjamin Button..life is rewinding back to 2015/16

In-form striker Jamie Vardy was singled out for praise too by some sections of the Leicester faithful.

What do we think?
During the weekend’s victory over Brighton and Hove Albion, the Foxes showed they’re not just a counter-attacking team. Although that would be what many regard as their biggest threat, they are able to dictate, dominate and play on the front foot.
Leicester City have scored 31 goals in 13 fixtures this season; only the champions Manchester City have scored more. However, its also worth noting Rodgers’ side have the best defensive record in the division, keeping the most clean sheets so far.
They’ve only conceded eight goals in the Premier League this season and so whilst their attacking prowess is that which is catching the eyes of the neutrals their overall game has improved significantly. Their playing style is not only entertaining but also efficient and effective at both ends of the pitch.
