Everton supporters have made their feelings clear that they want to see more of Turkish striker, Cenk Tosun.

In Sunday evening’s clash with Tottenham Hotspur, the 28-year-old striker netted a late, 97th-minute equaliser to earn a point for the Goodison Park club.

Following a spell of time on the sidelines and only featuring for Marco Silva’s side sporadically (via Transfermarkt), supporters have urged the club’s manager to give Tosun more of a chance.

The £13.5 million-rated striker has been with the Toffees since his £20.25-million arrival from Besiktas in January 2018 (per Transfermarkt).

Since then, Tosun has gone on to make 47 Everton appearances – bagging ten goals and five assists – however, has only featured twice in the Premier League for the Toffees this season, both as a substitute (via Transfermarkt).

With the Turkish striker netting once and assisting twice in only 83 minutes of Premier League and Carabao Cup action this term (via Trasnfermarkt), supporters were keen to see more of the 28-year-old.

What do we think?

Tosun bagged a goal and an impressive 7/10 for a 22-minute cameo on Sunday (courtesy of Liverpool Echo), proving he can still cut it for Everton.

With talk of the Turkish striker departing Goodison Park (per Sabah, via Sport Witness), Silva may want to hang onto their 28-year-old for the time being.
