Everton fans have branded the club’s chairman, Bill Kenwright, as the ‘problem’ with the Toffees.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Times posted an article written by North West journalist, Paul Joyce, where the role of the club’s director of football, Marcel Brands, was called into question (as per The Times).
However, the Goodison Park faithful were not in full agreement with the journalist, and believed that Kenwright presented a bigger problem than their Dutch director of football.
Problem is, Bill Kenwright is in the way, he makes decisions with his heart and not his head.

I’m not fully convinced you have a full story, Paul. There appears to be more of a problem at Board level than meets the eye.

Kenwright needs to let go first and leave him to make the footballing decisions

Should Bill Kenwright step down from his position as Everton chairman?
Yes
No
With all attention turned on the club and particularly board level, many felt Joyce was going after the wrong man in his article.
Kenwright once again getting away with things here from the media. Why is he so untouchable?

Not Brandalf

Try Bill Kenwright not Marcel Brands

What do we think?
The Toffees’ hierarchy need to be looked at as a whole, not in terms of individuals, as it is much more likely that they are collectively responsible for the club’s downward spiral.
A way forward for the Toffees seems murky and unclear, with Silva looking set to be replaced (per The Express), the club’s chairman, director of football and owner, Farhad Moshiri, need to look to pull in the same direction.
