Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos missed the crucial penalty up at Anfield on Wednesday night which saw the Gunners crash out of the Carabao Cup having surrendered a two-goal advantage twice. The Real Madrid loanee has been in and out of the starting line up under Unai Emery and in the eyes of many has failed to live up to the expectation around the signing.
The midfielder apologised on Twitter, but that hasn’t stopped him coming in for criticism from some of the Arsenal support following that penalty miss.
Man hasn’t done anything since the Burnely game, UNAI EMERY and Dani should pack the bags and go together, but since i am from Kenya and Africa, some think i don’t make sense , the fact is Dani can’t help us! OVERHYPED

The more you keep promising us this or that, the more your failing, while not leave social media and work on your current bad form of play.

You can start by coming over to clap the fans instead of walking down the tunnel ?

You’re a human fidget spinner lad with no technical ability please don’t plague my beautiful club. Take Unai and go rot in the mid table of La Liga.

What do we think?
Ceballos started the season with promise. His performance in the 2-1 win over Burnley back in August was without question his best in an Arsenal shirt to date, as the Spaniard ran the show that day but has been unable to replicate that form since.
The fact he’s only been named in the Premier League starting eleven 60% of the time, you could argue, has had some bearing. Emery’s ‘tinkering’ has disrupted Ceballos who you feel needs a solid run of games in order to make his mark on this Arsenal side.
His talent is there for all to see and the £40.5m-rated star has a lot to offer, if and when, Arsenal find the solution to their midfield imbalance. In terms of what this player can offer, Emery hasn’t even scratched the surface and so its no wonder the midfielder appears to have his eyes set on a return to Real Madrid at the end of the season.
