Arsenal fans on Twitter are ecstatic about Gabriel Martinelli’s form, after a tweet highlighted the youngster’s impressive statistics across Europe’s ‘big five’ leagues.
The 18-year-old has already bagged seven goals in all competitions this season, with many calling for the youngster to start featuring more heavily in the Gunners’ Premier League games.
Fans on Twitter have been quick to praise the Brazilian’s form and echo statements that he should be getting more game time for Unai Emery’s side.
Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Hasn’t started or scored in the premier League. But that’s ok. Let’s not rush this guy’s development. Can be a really great player in future if managed properly. He has already exceeded expectations

He could be a beast under proper guidance. But sadly our youth products seems to have stopped improving around the age of 22 since 2010. With proper tutelage he can be big, look at how much Sterling has improved under Guardiola.

I’m more impressed about his heading ability. He’s scored like 3 or 4 headers already. He’s a pretty small guy too

He is excellent but let’s judge him on prem league goals ! We are lucky to have such a talent , guessing Edu helped close this deal ??

He needs to start on the other side of Pepe with Laca and Auba playing next to each other. Martinelli is the real deal I hope he gets his much deserved run of PL games.

What do we think?
Seven goals for Gabriel Martinelli and fans are getting hyped. And there’s nothing wrong with getting excited about a player since others are getting the opposite treatment at the moment. If Emery can start using the player in the league more, starting with the home game against Wolves this Saturday, Arsenal could find themselves looking back on this difficult period for the club and laughing. However, with the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Nicolas Pepe leading the line, it could be a difficult task for the Spaniard in trying to integrate the young Brazilian.
