After a summer in which Tottenham signed four players – Jack Clarke, Tanguy Ndombele, Ryan Sessegnon and Giovani Lo Celso – it looks like the fans have a renewed appetite for transfers, and as rumours are circling that the Lilywhites could move for Isco in January, a lot of the supporters have been sharing their thoughts on the Real Madrid man.
The rumours have come from Spanish outlet El Desmarque, who have commented on the futures of Los Blancos’ stars Mariano Diaz and Lucas Vazquez as well as Isco. It’s a story that has also been picked up by both The Sun and ESPN, though, so it’s certainly doing the rounds, and has been seen by plenty of Tottenham fans.
#thfc want to sign Real Madrid midfielder Isco to replace Christian Eriksen and are currently the 'main favourite' to sign the player. [El Desmarque]

One of the points made regarding Isco, straight from El Desmarque was:
‘He has more options, Tottenham Hotspurs being the main favourite if he enters the operation of Christian Eriksen, although Bayern Munich also follows him closely.’
So clearly Spurs aren’t alone in wanting the Spaniard, as Bayern are sniffing around, and any potential deal appears to hinge on Christian Eriksen’s future, although that hasn’t stopped these fans from wanting the Real Madrid man.
Isco when confident is one of the best players in the world, bit like eriksen in that sense where confidence is a huge thing would love to sign him, ndombele is nearly on 200k so we can afford hin

Would love Isco but can’t see it happening.

Would be a decent replacement imo

However, this is not the first time that Isco has been linked with a transfer to North London. Back in late 2016, Sky Sports reported on the Lilywhites’ interest in the Spanish attacking midfielder, so considering that these rumours have cropped up before, not all of the Tottenham fans are that expectant as they’ve surfaced yet again.
