This weekend, almost undoubtedly the biggest game in the Premier League is the clash between Manchester United and Liverpool at Old Trafford, a game in which Liverpool could set the record for the most consecutive wins in the English top-flight (The Guardian).
Ahead of the weekend clash, the 231st clash between the Kopites and the Red Devils, Liverpool will be desperate for their 77th win over their Manchester rivals (stats as per 11vs11) and as the fans are vying for that win, a lot of them are calling for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to start after their club’s recent post.

The 26-year-old midfielder is still feeling his way back into senior football this season, and he hasn’t completed a full 90 minutes since April 14th 2018 in a Premier League home tie against Bournemouth just ten days before he suffered that awful cruciate ligament injury against Roma in the Champions League semi-final (BBC).
Now, though, the fans want him to start this weekend.
Start him on Sunday.

Can he start the Sunday game please, he relieves so much pressure from the front three by being a goal threat too coming from the middle.

Some Liverpool fans, though, are taking the emphasis off this weekend for Oxlade-Chamberlain and are just keen to have him back to his best and in the team regularly, even if that means he isn’t the centre of attention and running the midfield when the Reds travel to Old Trafford…
