West Ham will be going into their weekend clash against Everton in fairly good form.
Despite losing to Crystal Palace in their final game before the international break the Hammers have lost just once in their last seven league games, and one West Ham fan on Twitter has pointed out that they could break a record against Everton.
The fan in question has claimed that if West Ham avoid defeat against the Toffees then they’ll set a record of the most consecutive away games without defeat in the club’s Premier League history, with their trip to Goodison potentially being their 7th undefeated away day…
We could equal one of our Premier League records tomorrow if we avoid defeat. We are unbeaten in our last 6 away league games (W3, D3). Our Premier League record is 7, set back in January 2009. #WHUFC pic.twitter.com/wo9pOlz6Zi

However, after equalling the record that was set back in January 2009 by avoiding defeat away at Bournemouth, Aston Villa, Watford (twice), Brighton and Tottenham, the fans are now expecting nothing more than a defeat seeing as the potential record has been flagged up…

Whilst Everton are currently in the relegation zone and Marco Silva is fighting for his job at Goodison Park, as The Daily Star claimed during the international break that he has just three games to save his job, the West Ham fans really are devoid of confidence upon hearing that their trip to Goodison could be record-breaking…
Now that you‘ve said that, we’ll lose. Great
