The Manchester United manager’s job is one that has not looked an easy ride for a very long time, with none of David Moyes, Louis Van Gaal or Jose Mourinho able to add another Premier League title to the club’s trophy cabinet, and at the moment that is no different.
The Red Devils are currently 12th in the Premier League and host their biggest rivals Liverpool, who could go 18 points clear of them with a win on Sunday (Premierleague.com).
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the man who’ll have to try and mastermind a result, and he’s been trying to talk up the size of the fixture in his pre-match press conference.
"The players know when it's Liverpool coming up it's a game that's going to be watched by many," says Ole. "It's a chance for our players to get in the history books, because if you score a winner against Liverpool, that's always going to be there with them." #MUFC

However, as the Norwegian gaffer has been speaking about entering the history books by scoring the winner in this fixture, the fans just aren’t buying into it.
In fact, a lot of the fans have even gone as far as to say that Solskjaer could be about to manage his last game at Old Trafford this weekend.
Last day on the job, enjoy it

Whilst not all the fans are as ruthless as those above, they’re not exactly expecting anything from Liverpool’s visit, with many of them laughing off their manager’s words about entering the history books with a win.
Score a winner vs liverpool uno We couldn’t even score past newcastle ffs

First try scoring then we will discuss about winners later.

Forget about scoring a winner tell them to score a goal first

How is he talking about winners when we struggling to score more than 1 goal in a month
— TheBoy (@Mtho_ko_) October 18, 2019
We’ve scored more than 1 goal just once this season, in the very first match, this will be a humiliating defeat
