OPINION
Carlos Corberan has done a tremendous job with Leeds United’s Under-23s side and it is not a surprise to see the Spaniard being linked with a job in first team management. Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Phil Hay has reported that Leeds affiliate Cultural Leonesa have made an approach to hire Coberan as their next manager and understandably, many fans on Twitter are furious with the news. What is particularly annoying is that Leeds are linked to Leonesa via the Aspire Academy. Leeds’ link to Cultural has already attracted criticism because of failed loan spells for Ouasim Bouy and Yosuke Ideguchi, and fans will be even more furious if the Spanish side snap up Elland Road senior man Corberan, when some supporters see him as a potential replacement for Marcelo Bielsa one day in the future. Andrea Radrizzani and Victor Orta need to step in here and block Corberan’s exit, unless they can guarantee his return in the future.

Be devastated if this happens the only man to take over when Bielsa decides his time is up regardless of what division we are in he would carry on Bielsa's Philosophy at Leeds https://t.co/qnkwIMAnGv
