Leeds United chiefs are surely thankful that goalkeeper Kiko Casilla is reportedly in-demand as it will spare their blushes if they opt to sell him in the summer.
Football Insider reported on Friday that a trio of La Liga clubs had added the 32-year-old shot-stopper to their list of summer transfer targets and that as a result Leeds were braced for offers.
It does seem like there is a chance of Casilla exiting Elland Road this summer as Sun journalist Alan Nixon previously claimed, via his personal Twitter account, the Whites wanted a new shot-stopper and that the Spanish keeper could return home.

Casilla only joined the Whites in the January window after Leeds bought out his Real Madrid contract, as per Football Insider, and handed him a four-and-a-half year deal worth more than £30,000-a-week.
When the 32-year-old arrived, it looked as if the Whites had suddenly solved their problems between the sticks.
Casilla ended up making 19 appearances, conceding 22 goals in the process, by the time the 2018/19 season ended which doesn’t sound too bad on paper.
However the shot-stopper had a terrible end to his campaign by all accounts as he made a blunder in the Championship play-offs against Derby which ended up allowing Frank Lampard’s side back into the game in order for them to eventually win the tie.
Casilla also notably made an error against Ipswich Town in one of the finals games of the season, and as a result; you feel Marcelo Bielsa and many Leeds fans have likely lost faith in the fact that he is a reliable keeper.
Yet it would be quiet embarrassing if Leeds had trouble selling him in the summer after previously having so much faith in signing him in January, shown by the fact they handed him a nice pay packet as well as a lengthy deal.
But thankfully for the Leeds chiefs who sanctioned Casilla’s signing they can likely sell the keeper with their dignity in tact as with three clubs chasing their services, they’ll surely be able to seal a decent deal in order to get rid.
