Harry Redknapp is an experienced manager and knows a thing or two about Tottenham to say the least but surely he is mistaken over the line-up he thinks Mauricio Pochettino will field against Liverpool in the Champions League final.

The former Spurs boss shared he believes Pochettino will unleash Heung-min Son, Harry Kane and Lucas Moura against the Reds as he thought the Argentinian would find a way to fit them all in his team.

“If Harry is fit for the Champions League final he has to play and Mauricio Pochettino will find a way of playing Moura and Harry and Son,” said Redknapp, as quoted by the Daily Mirror.

“I don’t know how he’s going to balance them up, it won’t be easy, but he will find a way

“Harry has to come back into the team, he’s the leader and there’s not a better No.9 of his type anywhere.

“He’s so important to them.

“And Pochettino has to win the cup. There’s no room for sentiment, he has to pick his best team but Moura gets in that team.”

While on paper it sounds like a fantastic decision to unleash three top-class attackers against the Reds, but in reality it would be foolish for Pochettino to unleash the trio on the grandest stage of them.

Jurgen Klopp’s side love teams that leave space for them to attack and have no problem ripping any side who pushes too far forward against them apart.

With Son, Moura and Kane on the pitch, there is bound to be space left for the Reds to expose and that spells trouble.

Spurs would be better suited playing a more defensive-minded player than one of those attackers in order to ensure he has enough players capable of stopping Liverpool have it all their way.

Pochettino is a smart manager and knows this so you feel he will field a more conservative with his starting line-up and leave one of those aforementioned players on the bench in order to be able to utilise them later in the match when there are tired legs on Liverpool’s side.

So with that in mind Redknapp is surely mistaken to think Pochettino is about to go all guns blazing by unleashing the attacking trio against Liverpool.
