OPINION
Leeds fans were hit with some bad news at the pre-match press conference on Thursday, when manager Marcelo Bielsa said that centre-back Pontus Jansson was a doubt for the game against Derby with an ankle injury.
Next up on the stage was Jansson himself and he was his usual forthright self, saying among other things “We hate Derby and they hate us” before giving his own assessment of the injury.
He said that he hurt all over after a gruelling season in the Championship, and said, “I’ll play in a wheelchair if you want.”
Jansson on his ankle: "I don;t know what's said but it's a long season, I have pain everywhere. It's not a big thing but it's a little bit more today. But I'll play in a wheelchair if you want." #lufc

The Leeds supporters were absolutely loving this with one saying he wished the rest of the team had his passion.
It’s typical Jansson but unfortunately he won’t get to make the decision on Saturday and generally, when Bielsa says a player is a doubt, he ends up not playing.
Bielsa will have to weigh up the risk of him playing and make a big call before the game tomorrow – the last thing Leeds need is to lose him for the rest of the play-off games.
