It seems as though many Tottenham fans have something to say on Nicolo Zaniolo after the Roma attacker was linked with a move to North London in the summer transfer window. According to Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Shira, Spurs have tabled a bid worth £43.1million to sign the 19-year-old attacking midfielder, who has enjoyed a superb breakthrough season at Roma this term. Zaniolo seems like someone with a massive amount of potential and it is no surprise to see Spurs interested in him. However what is a surprise is that not every Tottenham fan seems to see Zaniolo as a good prospect. While there are some suggesting that the Italy international would be a “major coup” as he is “destined for greatness”, the general vibe of these tweets is that supporters are generally split over whether he would be a good addition. Zaniolo might not be worth over £40million yet, but give it a couple more years and these fans may have changed their minds about the Roma wonderkid.
