OPINION
Boos rained down on Ibrox at half-time following an opening period from Rangers that was mostly as miserable as the weather. Kilmarnock were 1-0 up at the break and could have had a second as they took advantage of a back line that was all at sea. Out of the light blue, the visitors went ahead after 30 minutes through a simple long ball out of defence. The hosts failed to deal with it, Conor McAleny left recalled Nikola Katic trailing and rounded Allan McGregor as the goalkeeper came to the edge of the box before slotting into the empty net. Connor Goldson was named and shamed on social media for having what many Bears felt was another unimpressive half following a notable downturn in his output in the second half of the campaign. Certainly, it was something of a surprise that Joe Worrall made way for Katic rather than Goldson, who is lucky to still be in the starting XI.

Goldson playing offside and Katic dropping deep. Comedy gold right now.

Not sure whether Goldson or McGregor were more of a shambles there.

Long ball over Goldson, and Katic never covered the striker. Horrific defending.
