OPINION
Many Rangers fans are still smarting from the events of the weekend, when their club’s slim remaining title hopes appeared to go up in smoke following a 1-1 home draw against Kilmarnock. With Celtic going 10 points clear after a stoppage-time winner secured a 1-0 win at Dundee, Bears have given up hope of securing silverware for another season. Given that, it is perhaps unsurprising so many of them raged at picture uploaded on to his personal Twitter account at the weekend by broadcaster Jim White. The image showed White snapped with Ibrox quintet Connor Goldson, Glen Kamara, Steven Davies and Gareth McAuley as they headed south of the border during the international break. Presumably the picture was taken at Glasgow airport, although that is not definite. Bears are unhappy that the players did not seem bothered by Saturday’s draw at Ibrox, and claim they could have at least showed some contrition following what was a shattering failure to secure the points.
