It is no surprise in the slightest that the Wolves fans are drooling over Raul Jimenez in this 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Sunday. His goal was sublime after a great assist from Diogo Jota, and one fan has called on the club to sign him permanently when his loan spell ends in the summer. He has been “immense” for the team recently after a rocky start to life at Molineux, but the way he has adapted has been excellent. He is one of the main players behind the club’s recent success and their ability to get points over the Premier League’s bigger teams, and there is no doubt that many clubs will come sniffing in the transfer window. Wolves are very lucky to have a player like Jimenez in the team at the moment, and that was reinforced with his superb display on Sunday – long may it continue, as Wolves are on course for a top eight finish.
