West Ham slumped to a 3-0 loss courtesy of Cardiff City last weekend and barring a couple of players no one really impressed.

The Hammers seem to struggle when facing teams battling for their lives at the bottom end of the table and that is something that no doubt leaves manager Manuel Pellegrini scratching his head.

Yet despite it being a baffling problem, the Hammers boss needs to find a way to quickly address the issue as his side’s are set to take on Premier League strugglers Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

With several senior players under-performing against the Bluebirds, an easy way to inject new life into his team is if Pellegrini handed a talented youngster their first chance to impress.

Luckily for the experienced manager, the ideal youngster is waiting in the wings in the form of winger Nathan Holland.

The 20-year-old is a tricky winger who has blistering pace and a bag of tricks in his wheelhouse to call upon.

Holland is the type of player who could take a game by storm especially when you consider that he will be chomping at the bit to impress after not featuring in the Premier League before.

Football.London  even previously reported that the 20-year-old dazzler was knocking on the door and could be the next promising talent to appear for the first-team this season.

This report shows you how Holland is ready to be given a chance to impress and he is no doubt full of confidence after standing out for all the right reasons for the in U-23s in the 3-0 win over Swansea City on Monday.

So when you consider that the team looked in need of a wake-up call against Cardiff, Pellegrini must unleash the dazzler against Huddersfield for his first Premier League appearance to ensure victory beckons.
