Liverpool want to sign Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a reliable journalist.
Bild correspondent Christian Falk reported on his personal Twitter account on Thursday morning that the Merseyside giants are “still interested” in the 18-year-old forward.

This comes after Liverpool were linked with the Chelsea sensation in January, when he was the subject of a £35million bid from Bayern Munich.
Good move for Liverpool?
Definitely. Hudson-Odoi is a brilliant young forward who is one of the outstanding players in his age group in Europe and is destined for huge things. It is a measure of his potential that the teenager has been called into Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers against Czech Republic and Montenegro following injuries, despite not being a Chelsea regular. Super-quick, super skilful and technically super, Hudson-Odoi appears to be as good as another marvellous English forward talent, his new England team-mate Jadon Sancho. The Chelsea star just needs a platform to regularly showcase his ability.

Likely to happen?
One thing is clear; Hudson-Odoi wants to leave. He is yet to start a Premier League game and appears desperate to play regularly, just like Sancho is doing at Borussia Dortmund. The Chelsea ace rejected a new contract offer in January that reportedly would have more than tripled what the Daily Mail claim is his current £22,000-a-week salary. Out of contract at Stamford Bridge next year, it appears the London-based star will be one of the most in-demand players in the summer window.
