COMMENTARY
If there was ever a game for Izzy Brown to get some much needed minutes under his belt for Leeds United it was one in which his teammates built up a commanding 3-0 lead by half time. For whatever reason, Marcelo Bielsa chose not to bring the Chelsea loanee on – Stuart Dallas, Jamie Shackleton and Barry Douglas his three chosen substitutes against Reading – at the Madjeski Stadium on Tuesday night and the fans were understandably left baffled by their manager’s thinking. It seems as though the Argentine boss has no interest of giving him the first team action he might have been expecting after his recovery from injury and instead wants to keep other fringe figures fit and firing in their crucial Championship title run in. It seems to be frustrating the fans and will no doubt have the player biting his lip over his disappointment but with a team now sitting at the top of the second tier, the manager will say he knows best. Who are we to argue with him?
This is Futbol has gathered a selection of the supporters’ tweets:
If Izzy Brown can't get any game time in this match he isn't going to feature for the rest of the season is he?

Bielsa clearly doesn't rate Brown one bit. Think Clarke may even replace him on bench on sat #lufc #LeedsUnited

Send Izzy Brown back to Chelsea, feel sorry for him. This is the game he could have come on and show what he can do. Must be disheartening and can’t be doing him any favours
